Main course: Roast Leg of Lamb with Rich Mint Gravy or Chicken Chasseur or Fresh Red Peppers stuffed with a Lime & Coriander Rice.

Dessert: Toffee & Pecan Cheesecake or Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce.
